That first reviewer truly GETS IT. This is the 1920s equivalent of "You guys, read this book! It's super slashy!", isn't it?

I also love the fact that the scene where Keith rescues Ewen was the seed of the book. That whole sequence is so vivid and bright, it makes perfect sense that the whole book grew from that.
