I haven't, and you are welcome to any of my icons!—although I made them by just cropping and resizing the photos, and they didn't really turn out how I wanted—the photos always blur slightly on resizing and I don't know enough about image editing to figure out why or make them not do that. Although perhaps I should try screencaps from the video, now that's possible...
