The Hill sounds like a lot of fun! I really enjoy school stories, but I've only ever read ones for girls, as they satisfy the Sapphic in me. I'd be interested to expand my repertoire though!
I haven't read that LeFanu, and I've honestly only found Camilla to be enjoyable of his work, but I'm hugely amused that it's based in Chapelizod, a suburb with which I'm very familiar.
Reading JSMN annually sounds great. I try not to read it too often for fear of somehow wearing out the magic, but maybe I should let that fear go and read it as often as I want to...
