Right, checking in for Days 13-15, progress on finishing another chunk transferred over, working on book club for this week, and steadily getting to something approaching a possible confession in one of my assignments.

Day 15 - fic I started about 4 months ago has suddenly and unexpectedly sprung to life, and in the course of today has gone from being a series of disjointed snippets to almost a full draft /o\ and I have no idea why this particular one decided to bite me today!

Inspiration is a strange and unpredictable thing, but it sounds like this fic is getting on brilliantly—well done :D

Day 15: Got sidetracked by my desire to write a specific kind of smut and then wrote 3.3k in one go? that's cool I guess!

Also, to answer a question I forgot to respond to earlier, I liked that Steeleye Span song very much! I noticed that it seemed to be a cousin of The Streets of Laredo - these similarities and variations among folksongs are something I really enjoy - so I went to look it up, tumbled down a clickhole, and found myself reading all about the "Unfortunate Rake" trope and its many descendants. Too much fun!
