All right, here it is.

I've wanted to write this crossover for ages, ever since first thinking, hmm, Helena is a Sister at a hospital, Ella is a Sister at a hospital, surely they know each other!... and I think these four characters turned out all to suit each other pretty well.

I don't think you need to know both books to understand this fic, but be advised that it does spoil the endings of both.
