It's a good time of year for birds! The swifts have arrived, slightly delayed this year but now definitely here, and the blue tits in the garden nestbox have chicks—I heard a tell-tale sound of cheeping from in there this morning, and the adults have been going back and forth industriously with food.

Anyway—Once Upon a Fic author reveals have happened! My assignment fic was in the same fandom as last year, 'Childe Rowland', with a rather different take on the story:
