Haha, that's true. I've not read the Outlander books but I've heard a bit about them, and it doesn't sound great :P

She says she read FotH, and some of the characters and their arcs sound fairly familiar. Personally, I noped out mentally when she got to the Highland apricot harvest in the middle of the Little Ice Age. Finished the book but honestly wished I hadn't wasted my time. :/
