These have been my favorite chapters so far! There was only one hut... also, Keith being super sad about not getting to see Ewen in the future. Glorious tropes.

I'm a little confused about Keith calling Ewen "Ardroy." Is that the name of the clan? Also the whole Achilles part.

Ah, don't worry, Keith, Fate has already decided that you'll get to see Ewen again...

See luzula's comment here for the name Ardroy—it's the name of Ewen's estate, which is the polite way to address him as a Highland laird. The clan is Clan Cameron, of which Cameron of Ardroy is a subgroup. As for Achilles, I think that's just Keith being silly with classical references—he probably means something like 'noble and terribly handsome warrior, with tongue in cheek', although I can't help thinking that Achilles being one half of a well-known ancient m/m couple is probably significant.

Yes, I was immediately reminded of Achilles/Patroclus. Achilles would be such a romantic but also tragic nickname!
